Citiq Prepaid has a call centre that assists clients on weekdays between 7am and 8pm, and weekends and public holidays between 8am and 5pm. We can assist you with any issues you might be experiencing, including those relating to already purchased recharge tokens. If you cannot find your nearest token vendor, give us a call and we will direct you to where you can find them.
