How do I register as a landlord?
Landlords can register for the Citiq Prepaid Meter Management System by calling our call centre on 087 55 111 55. This can be done when activating the prepaid meter that they purchased or at a later stage. Our friendly call centre will verify a few details (proof of ownership, banking details and your council bill to ascertain the tariff), and once registration is done, you will receive an activation email with a link to set your password and then be able to log in.
Tenants using Citiq Prepaid sub-meters also benefit from this meter management system. They are able to purchase tokens, access their meter data and get a clear understanding of purchase history and costs. VAT invoices for tokens purchases are also available for download.

How do I register as a tenant?

It is important to have the meter number you will be purchasing tokens for handy as it is required at sign up. After completing the form you will receive an activation email with a link to set your password and then you will be able to log in.
